Description
This is classic Left Bank Bordeaux, the style Bob went looking for when he started the club. Both wines come from Bordeaux’s Left Bank, the gravel-soiled country west of the Gironde where Cabernet Sauvignon leads the blend. It’s the home of structured, dark-fruited wines built to age.

The Chateau Guitignan is a returning favorite that has made it through Bob’s blind tasting before. The Caravelle is new to the club this year, a discovery that earned its place on its first try. Both are from 2022, a vintage Bob has called “worth the hype.” Neither is imported to the United States, so you won’t find them on a store shelf. The club is the only way to get them.
